feat: Sync complete config - Fish, Ghostty, Neovim Scratch

- Add missing Fish configs (direnv, ssh function)
- Add Tokyo Night theme for Ghostty
- Complete Neovim scratch config sync
- Rewrite install.sh for new structure
- Add comprehensive README.md
